If I cut my hair on lunar lengthening days, how much do I cut a month?

Thank you for answering my previous question and now I have another. If I want to achieve natural wave and length then I would be cutting my hair twice a month. Wouldn’t I be defeating the purpose of length if I am cutting my hair twice a month?

Dear Debra,

Yes, we recommend alternating your goals every month and make sure you only cut very little off your hair, less than 1/4 of an inch, 1/8 of an inch is ideal.
